Biography
As a strategically focused leader, I leverage more than 25 years of experience in healthcare across both the UK and Australia. My most recent role, prior to joining ACN, was as Director of Nursing for the Division of Medicine at Canberra Hospital. With a primary clinical background in Emergency Nursing, and having worked in advanced practice roles, I hold a strong interest in advancing clinical practice and a passion for building leadership capability and capacity. I have a MSc (Advanced Practice) and I am a Fellow of the Australian College of Health Service Management and a Member of the Australian College of Nursing. My personal values of integrity, collaboration, kindness and care and cornerstone to my drive and commitment in my professional career.
