Mr. William Ray Hill, Jr., is Vice President, Director of Australian Oil & Gas Corp. He has been a director of the Company since August 2003. Mr. Hill is President and Director of The Zonia Company, an Arizona real estate development company. Mr. Hill is the founder and President of Geowest Corporation, which is involved in the development and operation of a solid waste construction and demolition landfill. In 1988 Mr. Hill founded Citizens Recycle & Collection, a solid waste hauling and Transfer Company, which was acquired by Waste Management, Inc. in 1996. Mr. William Ray Hill, Jr., is Vice President, Director of Australian Oil & Gas Corp. He has been a director of the Company since August 2003.
