Biography
Greg is the CFO of Sirona Capital, having joined the Group in August 2015. He brings over 20 years of financial management experience with a strong background in financial analysis, strategic and business planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, system improvement and risk management. At Sirona, Greg is responsible for the financial management, reporting and tax affairs of the Sirona Group companies and funds. Before joining Sirona, Greg was the CFO of ASX-listed funds management and financial services provider Plan B Group Holdings Limited for 8 years up until its sales to IOOF Limited. He has also spent 2 years providing financial consulting services to a range of businesses including to companies in the listed real estate and financial services sectors, and to a large NFP organisation. He started his career with Ernst &Young and also spent 9 years in financial management roles within the HSBC Group in South Africa, including as Finance Director of its securities business. Greg holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Post-graduate Diploma in Accountancy from the University of Natal South Africa, and is a Chartered Accountant.
