Biography
Mr. Darren Smith, MBA, BBus, FCPA, has been Chief Financial Officer of Sirtex Medical Limited since February 2009 and its Company Secretary since July 22, 2008. Mr. Smith served as Interim Chief Financial Officer of Sirtex Medical Limited. since June 30, 2008. Mr. Smith has financial and management experience and served as Chief Financial Officer of Michel's Patisserie. Mr. Smith has previously held Chief Financial Officer and Senior Executive Finance and general management positions in a number of international, Australian listed and private companies. He has significant experience in a range of commercial environments including FMCG, services and manufacturing industries.
