Biography
Mr. Luciano Medrado Cruz Porto served as the Chief Legal Director and General Counsel at OSX Brasil S.A., and served as its Legal Director. Mr. Porto serves as Deputy General Counsel of EBX Group Ltd. He served as Partner and Managing Partner at two Brazilian corporate law firms, where he advised on complex contracts, major acquisitions, securities and bank restructurings. He also was an International Associate at New York and assisted a bill to reform the Brazilian Financial System. He served as and Member of Executive Board at OSX Brasil S.A.
