Biography
Karen Renata Nakamura Hiraki holds a BS in Dentistry from the School of Dentistry of Ribeirão Preto at the University of São Paulo (2001) and a PhD in Dentistry (Oral Pathology) from the School of Dentistry of the University of São Paulo (2007). She is currently an Adjunct Professor in the Cell Biology, Histology and Embryology Sector of the Biomedical Sciences Institute of the Federal University of Uberlândia, under exclusive dedication. Acts as a buccal pathologist collaborator of the Service of Oral Pathology linked to the Odontological Hospital of the Federal University of Uberlândia. Has experience in the area of ​​Dentistry, with emphasis in Oral Pathology, acting mainly in the following subjects: biology and bone pathology, oral neoplasias and biomaterials.
