Biography
Rick’s focus for GEP is on guiding the Legal function for the corporation. He oversees all corporate activity and provides international guidance for all GEP subsidiaries. He spearheads all commercial contract endeavors, compliance related issues, intellectual property matters and supports the immigration function. Rick has two decades of extensive experience in providing actionable effective legal advice to dynamic growth centered consulting, information & technology organizations. Prior to GEP, Rick has worked with Netmotion Wireless where he was SVP, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary, and D+B, where he was Leader - Legal. His areas of expertise include corporate law, commercial contracting, technology-centered IP law, international law, immigration and employment law. Rick graduated from Widener University with a Juris Doctor and an emphasis in international law, as well as from Baylor University with a BA and Masters in International Management.
