Biography
Full Professor, has a degree in Agronomy and Journalism, both from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (1983), a master's degree in Animal Science from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (1986) and a PhD in Zootechnics from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (1996), with part of the training done at Oklahoma State University. He has a postdoctoral degree from the University of California-Davis. In addition, she actively participates in the administrative instances of the University and was Coordinator of the creation of the course of Animal Science in 2012 at UFRGS, for 4 years Coordinator of the same and currently substitute Coordinator.
Research Interest
He has experience in the area of ​​Nutrition and Animal Feeding, working mainly on the following topics: broilers, pigs, immunity and nutrition relationship.
