  Mr. Paulo Henrique de Oliveira Santos serves as the Chief Mergers and Acquisitions Officer of Votorantim Industrial S.A. Mr. de Oliveira Santos serves as Vice President of Administration at TIVIT Terceirização de Tecnologia e Serviços S/A. Mr. de Oliveira Santos served as the Chief Executive Officer of Votorantim Cimentos S.A since December 2012. He established Votorantim Novos Negócios (VNN), Votorantim’s PE and VC fund in 2000. He served as an Executive Director of Business Development and M&A at Votorantim Industrial from 2009 to 2013, where he played a key role in several M&A transactions including the merger of VCP and Aracruz, which led to creation of Fibria, the largest market pulp producer in the world; merger of Citrovita and Citrosuco, creating the largest producer of frozen concentrated orange juice in the world; and the acquisition of cement assets in six different countries from Cimpor. From 1995 to 1997, he worked in a number of privatization processes and in the CPFL case, where he served as an Interim Chief Executive Officer and was responsible for the initial process of its restructuring. From 1993 and 1995, he served as an Executive Director of Banco Votorantim and was responsible for corporate finance. Mr. de Oliveira Santos served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Votorantim Novos Negócios Ltda until 2012. He served as Business Development Director of Votorantim Industrial at Votorantim Cimentos S.A. From 1997 to 2000, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Votorantim Metais S.A. and Votorantim Energia. Before joining Votorantim Group, he worked at Bank of New York, in New York. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Brasilpar. Mr. de Oliveira Santos serves as Chairman of the Executive Board at Tivit Terceirizacao de Tecno e Serv SA. He served as the Chairman of Fibria Celulose SA (formerly Votorantim Celulose e Papel S.A) since April 2009. From 1995 to 1997, he was involved in several privatizations and he also directed the initial process of restructuring CPFL. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Banco Votorantim between 1993 and 1995 and worked in other banks in São Paulo and New York in the Treasury and Corporate Finance areas. He serves as Chairman of Votorantim Cimentos. He served as a Director of Vix Logística S.A. He has been a Board Member of TIVIT since 2004. He has been a Director of CIMPOR - Cimentos De Portugal, SGPS, S.A. since April 18, 2011. He served as a Director of Fibria Celulose S.A. (formerly Votorantim Celulose e Papel S.A) from April 2009 to July 2010. Mr. De Oliveira Santos served as a Director of Aracruz Celulose S.A. since March 6, 2009. Mr. de Oliveira Santos served as a Director of Votorantim Bank, where he structured the corporate finance and international departments. He is an industrial engineer. He also attended a Specialization Course at Harvard Business School, OPM - Owner/President Management Program in 2005.
