Ron Ritchie

Biography

Since 1982, Ron has been involved in the real estate industry. As one of the founding partners of ICR Commercial Real Estate, he is instrumental in the company’s ongoing success and maintains strong long-term relationships clients both locally and nationally. Ron's extensive experience in the real estate industry and also in construction, has made him a vital resource at ICR as well as a knowledgeable agent clients can trust and confide in. His influence doesn’t stop there – Ron shares the important task of recruiting and training ICR agents, ensuring a high quality of service is maintained through all aspects of the company. Although Ron has been involved in all facets of commercial real estate, his primary focus has been in retail development, sales and leasing. He was a driving force in the land assembly and development of River City Centre (Saskatoon) and Capitol City Centre (Regina). Ron's expertise was also crucial in the sale of River City Centre (Saskatoon), Confederation Mall (Saskatoon) and the Frontier Mall (North Battleford). He is currently involved with the retail subdivisons of Stonebridge and Blairmore as well as the merchandising of Confederation Mall, now anchored by Canadian Tire.
