Biography
Barry Miller is Vice President, Global Environment, Health and Safety (EHS). In this role, which he assumed in October 2013, Barry is responsible for providing direction for Novelis’ EHS strategy, programs and practices across the company’s operations. He is also responsible for helping to ensure that Novelis’ plants operate sustainably and adhere to environmental standards. In addition, Barry serves as a member of Novelis’ Operations Leadership Council, which is accountable for driving standards and best practices at Novelis in areas including manufacturing, EHS, Reliability and Quality. Prior to his appointment as Vice President, Global EHS, Barry served as Vice President, Operations for Novelis North America. In his more than 25-year career with Novelis, Barry has served in a variety of plant manager and leadership roles in both North America and Europe. Barry holds both a master’s and bachelor’s degree in metallurgical engineering from the University of Wisconsin.
