Biography
Mr. Wang is a professor-level senior engineer and holds a doctorate’s degree. Mr. Wang has nearly 30 years of working experience in China’s oil and gas industry. From July 1995, Mr. Wang was the deputy director of Jiangsu Oil Exploration Bureau. From December 1997, he worked as the deputy general manager of CNODC. From December 2000, Mr. Wang worked concurrently as the general manager of CNPC International (Kazakhstan) Ltd. and Aktobe Oil and Gas Co., Ltd
