Mr. Tam Ching Ho

Biography

Mr. Tam Ching Ho is an independent non-executive director and is a member of the Audit Committee, the Remuneration Committee and the Nomination Committee of the Company . Mr. Tam is a fellow member of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and an associate member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is also a certified public accountant in Hong Kong. Mr. Tam has about 15 years of experience in areas of corporate finance, listing compliance, accounting and auditing. He is also an independent non-executive director of Chaoda Modern Agriculture (Holdings) Limited, a company whose shares are listed on the main board of the Stock Exchange.Mr Tam Was appointed as an independent non-executive directors on 30 June 2007.
