Biography

 Mr. Siddharth Patel serves as Senior Managing Director at Cvc Capital Partners Sicav-Fis S.A. Mr. Patel serves as a Senior Managing Director at CVC Capital Partners Limited. Previously he was a managing Director at the firm. Mr. Patel joined it in 2010 and is a part of the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications team. Previously, he was a Senior Principal and Senior Associate at Apax Partners Worldwide LLP. Mr. Patel was a part of the Portfolio Management team. He spent nine years in its Technology and Telecom team leading or co-leading transactions across the sector. Mr. Patel focused on Apax Partners investments in information technology and telecom sectors with specific focus on systems and services investments, both wire lines and wireless. He also spent a year leading the strategic review as well as merger integration at Intelsat, following its purchase of PanAmSat. Mr. Patel was the Founder at the Liquidity Network. Prior to Apax Partners Worldwide LLP, he was a Strategy Consultant, helping lead client engagements at Monitor Company. Mr. Patel also helped start-up Urbanfetch, where he was responsible for business development. He serves as a Director at AVAST Software s.r.o. Mr. Patel holds a First Class M.A. and a B.A. from Magdalen College, Oxford University with a first in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics, where he was a Scholar and tutorial prizewinner.
