Prior to his role at DowDuPont, Mr. Breen was the chair of the board and CEO of DuPont, a role which he assumed on Nov. 9, 2015. He joined the DuPont Board of directors in February 2015, was named interim chair of the board and CEO on Oct. 16, 2015, and assumed those roles permanently Nov. 9, 2015."
