Compliance Director for the Czech Republic, Poland and Slovakia in Eli Lilly. Leading an implementation of the compliance program with the main focus on risk assessment, risk mitigation and monitoring of business processes, transparency, ethical interactions, anti-corruption and privacy. As a team member involved in several global projects. As a member of Compliance and Transparency Working Groups in the Czech and Slovak Innovative Industry Associations (AIFP) experienced with local implementation of EFPIA transparency disclosures. Ethics Committee Member. Involved as external speaker in several events related to Ethics & Compliance and Anti-Corruption matters. Speaker at domestic and international Ethics and Compliance events.
