Biography
Andrzej Mikołaj Modrzejewski was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors of Unipetrol 2.7.2016. He is responsible for Personnel, Security and Control, Internal Audit, Public Relations, Legal and Regulatory Affairs. Previously, he also served as investment director and then as CEO of National Investment Fund E.Kwiatkowski (1995-1999), and from 1999 to 2002 as CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors of PKN Orlen. Later, he worked as a consultant in management and investment.
