Biography
Mr Jiri Zak graduated from The Institute of Chemical Technology in Pardubice in 1960, in the field of Technology and Organic Chemistry. After graduation, he worked for the government-owned company FARMAKON as an independent research and development worker. In 1990, he was elected the General Manager of the government-owned company and remained in that position until 1995. After the privatization of the company in 1996, FARMAK, a.s. was founded and Ing. Jiri Zak became its General Manager and the Chairman of the Board of Directors.
