Milada Plockova is a professor in Department of Dairy, Fat and Cosmetics in University of Chemistry and Thechnology Prague, Czech Republic. He is a member of Scientific Board of Faculty of Food and Biochemical Technology, ICT Prague and member of Scientific Board od Czech Dairy Research Institute, Prague.
