More than 15 years of finance and general management experience in private healthcare business and life insurance in Czech Republic. 10 years of experience on Executive director positions in Medicover Czech Republic part of CEE leading private healthcare provider Medicover Group, Medicon Group, one of the largest outpatient health care providers in Czech Republic and VIDIA-DIAGNOSTIKA, complex laboratory diagnostic provider .

Experience in company restructuring, new concepts of medical services development and implementation, finance and operation optimization, people management. Experience in merges and acquisitions with primary focus on health care industry.
