Biography
Hussien M El- Shafei has his expertise in screening of trace elements and electrolytes in serum of persons exposed to heavy metal and consumption of polluted fish from wastewater such as fishers in Manzala Lake, furniture workers, and workers of welding metals, and is interested in the correlation coefficient between heavy metals, and the effect of heavy metal in protein metabolism. He is also interested in the methodology of retardation of the toxicity of heavy metal by raising the PH of the solution and the hardness.
