Biography

 He is a neurologist and currently working on  to understand the basis of information processing in the brain by identifying links between collective neural dynamics and function.  Present position 2011-now: Researcher (CNRS CR1), Group for Neural Theory, Ecole Normale Superieure Paris Past Positions 2009-2011: Marie-Curie fellow, Center for Theoretical Neuroscience, Columbia University 2006-2009: postdoctoral fellow, Laboratory of Statistical Physics , Ecole Normale Superieure Paris  2002-2006: PhD student, Institute for Theoretical Physics, Universiteit van Amsterdam  Education  PhD, September 2006, Universiteit van Amsterdam, The Netherlands  Msc, April 2002, Ecole Polytechnique Federale de Lausanne, Switzerland
