Biography
The Professor Ebisawa, MD, PhD, is Director of Allergy at Sagamihara National Hospital in Kanagawa (Japan) is a leading expert in food allergies. He currently serves as Secretary General on the Board of Directors of the World Allergy Organization (WAO), where he has served in different leadership roles since 2010. In addition to his WAO tenure, Dr. Ebisawa serves on the Executive Board of Directors of the Japanese Society of Allergology, is Chair of the Food Allergy Committee of the Japanese Society of Pediatric Allergy and Clinical Immunology, and is a member of the GINA Assembly and the Collegium Internationale Allergogicum (CIA).
