Izaak Van Der Neut

Biography

 Izaäk van der Neut is HR manager for Ecofys. He joined Ecofys in 2011 and is responsible for our human capital strategy, talent acquisition, performance management, professional development, compensation and benefits. After finishing his bachelors Business Administrations at the Hanzehogeschool in Groningen, Izaäk started his career as a business consultant in a consultancy firm focused on process optimalisation, HSE and quality management. Before joining Ecofys, Izaäk worked as a HR professional for several financial institutions. In 2001, he started as a management trainee for one of the biggest Dutch banks and became engaged in the field of Human Resource Management. Over the following period, he was responsible for a broad range of HR topics, recruitment campaigns, performance management implementation, compensation and benefits, HR analytics & reporting, business process redesign and change management.  In 2013, Izaäk finalised the module Strategic Human Resource Management with honours at the Open University in Utrecht. Izaäk is an experienced HR generalist with a strong focus on business results. In his spare time, he loves to spend time outdoors, frequently sports and enjoys a good meal with family and friends.
