Biography

Since 2009: President of the Political Science Section of the National Council of Universities (CNU), member since 2007. Since 2011: Vice-President of the Permanent Commission of the CNU (CP-CNU). Since 2010: Vice President of the French Association of Political Science (AFSP). Since 2014: Director of the Research Master "International Cooperation, Humanitarian Action and Development Policies", University Paris 1. 2008-2013: Junior member of the Institut Universitaire de France (IUF). 2003-2006: Former Senior Advisor, to the Director-General of UNESCO, in charge of education issues in the fight against AIDS in schools.
