Biography
Education : Graduated from the “Ecole Nationale des Chartes”, from the University of ParisSorbonne (History), from the Institute of Political Studies and from the National School of Administration (E.N.A.). Career : After graduating from E.N.A., he joined the French Ministry for Foreign Affairs. From 2001 to 2004, he worked at the Department of Common Foreign and Security Policy, dealing with the European Security and Defense Policy and the draft European Constitution ï¥ From 2004 to 2006, he worked at the Department of Strategic, Security and Disarmament Affairs, dealing with nuclear Non-proliferation issues. ï¥ From 2006 to 2010, he was posted in Washington DC at the French Embassy as Counselor and he was in charge of political-military issues : Defense policy, WMD, proliferation, NATO, ESDP, regional hotspots. ï¥ From 2010 to 2012, he was posted in Tel Aviv at the French Embassy in Israël as First Counselor and Deputy Chief of Mission. ï¥ From 2012 to 2014, he was appointed in the private office of the Minister of Defense, as Diplomatic Advisor to the Minister. ï¥ Since January 2014, he is Director for Strategy and Policy, at the Military Applications Division of the French Atomic Energy Commission.
