Dima Younes

Biography

I am Assistant Professor of Organization Theory in the department of Strategy and Organization and member of the OCE research center. My research focuses on the transformation of firms and work, a question that I examine through the study of new modes of governing research activities in large firms, their impact on researchers’ work and capabilities, and the influence of public policy in this domain. I teach strategy, organization theory and sociology.

Transformations of firms and work; transformations of scientists’ work in firms; the relationship between organizations and professions; inter-occupational negotiations; emergence and continuity of forms of economic governance; territorial identities; innovation policies.
