Nikos has teaching expertise in Human Resources, Career Management, Cross-Cultural Management, Organizational Behaviour and Research Methods. His main research interests include antecedents of career success, workplace mentoring and networking, employability, the role of personality in the work environment, High Performance Work Systems, workplace abuse, and self-initiated expatriation.
