Biography
Holder of an International Law Graduate Diploma having the Brazilian and French dual citizenship, VIRGINIA DRUMMOND ABDALA left Brazil in September, 1998. In France, she has worked as a consultant and trainer in intercultural management since 1999. Having contributed at UNESCO in the program of interreligious dialogue in 2001, she also intervened as temporary lecturer to numerous institutions of prestige in France and has run several seminars to prepare international managers for future expatriation. Holder of a Geopolitics Master Degree and a Strategic Management Research Master from the University of Paris - Dauphine, VIRGINIA DRUMMOND supported her doctoral dissertation in June, 2008 about Intercultural Learning within Corporate Universities. Virginia is particularly good in preparing people to work within Intercultural environments. Her fields for interest for teaching and research are: Intercultural Management, International Human Resource Development, Cultural Intelligence, Global Mindset, Global Managers Development
