Biography
Ingrid NAPPI-CHOULET has been a research professor at ESSEC Business School since 1994 and holder of the Real Estate and Sustainable Development Chair which she created in 2002. She is also a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS). She is independent board member for Mercialys (Casino Group) and elected board member of the ComUE Université Paris Seine. She has been awarded the Pierre d'Or Trophy in Sustainable Real Estate and the prestigious French medal, the Chevalier de l'Ordre National du Mérite. Her fields of research (at the crossroads of Economics, Finance and urban Geography) and teaching cover management, corporate real estate (offices, outlets, etc.) and smart cities. She has co-supervised two working groups on the Plan Bâtiment Durable (national sustainable building project) She manages an educative blog: www.ingridnappichoulet.com
