Biography
Heinz Bodenmueller is a specialist in the discovery of cancer biomarkers and their clinical validation. Its main discovery is CYFRA21-1, a serum biomarker for therapeutic monitoring and early detection of relapses of non-small cell lung cancer. Heinz brings to GENCLIS his experience in the discovery and industrial development of biomarkers and his expertise in biochemistry developed during his 20 years in the field of diagnostics, notably at Boehringer Mannheim and at Roche. Heinz has in-depth knowledge of biobank networks and their quality control systems. It allows Genclis access to diverse and valuable samples.
