Biography
Economist by training, Jean-Noël Bail started her career in 1985 at the Ministry of Social Affairs as an economist in 1992 before becoming Head of Service Health Economics and Laboratory Ciba Award Geigy, then Novartis Pharma France. He joined the Glaxo Wellcome Laboratory in 1999 as Director of Economic Affairs and Awards, where he was confirmed with GlaxoSmithKline in 2001. In September 2002 he was appointed Director of Economic and Government Affairs of the GlaxoSmithKline Laboratory .
