Biography
Amanda joined LGC in 2013 as Human Resources Director with overall responsibility for LGC’s human resources strategy, policy and support services. Amanda’s career has spanned both operational and corporate international roles in human resources in the automotive and aerospace industries having worked for Lucas Automotive and Smiths Group. Most recently she operated in Group and Divisional HR Director roles for Morgan Advanced Materials (formerly Morgan Crucible). She has a Masters degree in European Human Resources Management and is a Fellow of the Institute of Personnel Development.
