Biography
Michael Dubois has worked with LGC since February 2011. He leads the Group’s corporate development activities, including mergers, acquisitions, disposals and strategy development. Michael joined LGC from Close Brothers Corporate Finance where he was a Managing Director in the firm’s M&A division. Michael read chemistry at Trinity Hall, Cambridge.
