Biography
Firas Abou Merhi specializes in financial consultancy and due diligence within the Transaction Services team and has been responsible for numerous due diligence missions in France and abroad (Europe, United States, China and Latin America). His career led him to oversee the FAS (Financial Advisory Services) department, bringing together all of the consulting expertise in Latin America for 4 years from São Paulo before his return to France in 2015. His experiences have led Firas to intervene in several sectors of activity such as industry, logistics, distribution, agribusiness, media and new technologies. A graduate engineer at ENSTA-ParisTech, he is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the United States and has more than 16 years of experience.
