Biography
Helena is Assistant professor in the People and Organisations department of NEOMA BS. Helena completed her PhD in Management majoring Organisational Behaviour at IE Business School, in Madrid, Spain. She conducted her dissertation investigating the link between negative emotions and creativity in the workplace. Her work has appeared at Organisational Behaviour and Human Decision Processes Journal. She is currently working on several research projects related to her main research interests: emotions, leadership, and nepotism.
