Richard Lacey

Biography

 With over 15 years' experience in Information Technology (I.T.) Recruitment, Richard is one of the two founding Directors of multi-award winning Next Ventures founded in 2001 alongside Darren Rosenfeld. Richard's recruitment experience started in 1998 for TechPartners International, before which he’d gained many successful years in business development and sales management for progressive software organisations. In 1997 he joined a networking-focused search firm where he focused on building their software division and after a highly effective two-year period, Richard was headhunted by TechPartners International to focus on their software start-up sector. The Harvey Nash Group then acquired TechPartners International shortly afterwards and it was at this time Richard joined forces with Darren to set up their niche large enterprise technology recruitment business Next Ventures. Now managing a team of over 40 consultants internationally, Richard's focus is predominantly Next Ventures international Contract business, where he manages his multi-lingual, multi-cultural team to adeptly handle the most challenging global recruitment requirements who in turn consistently deliver qualified technical candidates meeting the highest recruitment benchmarks world-wide.
