Jacqueline Trosborg

Biography

Jacqueline, works as a R&D engineer in the Needle Innovation and Development department of Device R&D unit. He is responsible for developing needles from an idea quickly sketched on a paper to a finished product that can be mass produced in more than 2 billion pieces every year. As such her job is extremely versatile and she does everything from talking to patients about their everyday challenges to testing prototypes in the lab. In Novo Nordisk we are not only creating solutions that are original, we are also bringing products to the market! This might sound like a fundamental thing, but considering the regulations and procedures we have to follow, developing medical devices, it is not a given that the great idea you had ever sees a patient.
