Biography
Mr. Dennis Leatherby has been the Chief Financial Officer and an Executive Vice President at Tyson Foods, Inc. since June 2008. Mr. Leatherby has more than 25 years of finance experience to the job, including more than 18 years with Tyson. He served as a Senior Vice President of Finance of Tyson Foods Inc. from 1998 to June 2008 and served as its Treasurer from 1994 to June 2008, Interim Chief Financial Officer since July 28, 2004 and Vice President since 1997. He joined Tyson Foods in 1990 as Assistant Treasurer. He worked in corporate banking for seven years before coming to Tyson Foods. He has served on the local Salvation Army Advisory Board. He has been Director of AdvancePierre Foods Holdings, Inc. since June 7, 2017. He serves as a Director of Central Industries, Inc. Mr. Leatherby graduated from Kansas State University in 1982 with degrees in Finance and Accounting.
