Biography
1980–1987: Studied law at the Free University, Berlin and completed practical legal training under the direction of the Higher Regional Court of Berlin, 11/1987: Appointed public prosecutor, 08/1989: Appointed judge (administration of criminal law), 11/1990: Judge at the Regional Court (administration of civil law), 02/1996: Doctorate (Dr. iur.), 04/1996: Appointed professor and he has nearly 20 publications.
