Jennifer Zemo

Biography

 Jennifer has over ten years of post-graduate experience in scientific research and development, including positions at the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences (NIEHS) and Grifols, Inc.  Her areas of expertise include the development and validation of immunogenicity (screening/confirmatory/ neutralizing) and biomarker assays using ELISA and MSD platforms, protein purification, and cell-based assay development using flow cytometry and confocal microscopy.  As a Senior Scientist at Grifols, Jennifer was responsible for the development and validation of complex immunogenicity (ELISA and enzymatic) and biomarker assays in support of preclinical and clinical studies for plasma-derived therapeutics, the coordination of clinical sample testing, and the authorship and implementation of documentation to establish GCLP guidelines for clinical sample analysis.  Since coming to BioAgilytix Labs, Jennifer has been responsible for developing and validating immunogenicity assays under GLP regulations. Additionally, she is a co-author of four peer-reviewed publications, one book chapter, and several scientific abstracts presented at national meetings.  Jennifer has a Ph.D. in Biological Chemistry from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Department of Chemistry and a B.S. in Chemistry from Washington College, Chestertown, MD.
