Biography
Herbert Wulf holds a BA in economics a Diploma in sociology and a PhD in international relations. He has been Project leader at the Stockholm International Peace Research Association from 1989–1992. Two years later, he co-founded BICC and shaped the Center’s activities as director for seven years.
Research Interest
International relations, arms control, arms transfers, conversion, peacekeeping and state-building as well as research and practical experiences in development co-operation.
