Jim Tizzard

Biography

Jim has been with the business since 2000. His career began as an engineer in the Automotive sector, where his passion for developing business to focus on customer needs emerged. Management and consulting roles in Automotive, Aerospace & Defence, Hi-Tech, and Healthcare followed, along with the opportunity to work across a range of geographies in Europe, USA, and Asia. In 1998, Jim’s first experience of the Pharmaceutical sector demonstrated to him the relevance of operational and management practices from more mature industries, and Jim directed his attention to proving the benefits of their application. For 16 years, Jim has initiated, lead, and supported Life Sciences businesses in transforming performance in Development, Regulatory, and Manufacturing; this has included strategic planning, operational improvement, technology deployment, and outsourcing. Jim’s vision is to build the Navitas Life Sciences business to complement the capabilities of clients and partners, with a keen focus on the needs of our clients to perform, comply, and grow. Jim is proud of the insight that Navitas Life Sciences brings to the table, resulting from our expert team, our industry networks, and our partnerships.
