Marc Daleiden

Biography

 Marc Daleiden, based in Frankfurt am Main, is a member of Egon Zehnder’s global Services Practice. As a seasoned executive, he works closely with clients while applying his extensive experience, analytical bent, and proven expertise on business services, outsourcing, transportation and logistics to find tailored, value-adding solutions. Marc is especially passionate about executive search, management appraisal, strategic talent management and leadership development. His intercultural background gives him unique insights into company’s needs across different countries. Before joining Egon Zehnder, Marc served as the Chief Operating Officer in charge of the Services division of CPA Global, an intellectual property management and technology company with a worldwide presence. Prior to that, he held various executive positions at the U.K.-based outsourcing company williamsleatag that culminated in the role of Managing Director for Germany. Marc began his career at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, where he worked with clients active in the aviation, transportation and logistics industries. Marc earned Master’s Degrees in International Economics from the Pantheon-Sorbonne University and in International Business & Project Management from the Institut Supérieur du Commerce in Paris.
