Biography
Prof. Dr. Ferdinand Sutterluty Born in 1962 in Egg (Vorarlberg / Austria). Study of Catholic theology at the Leopold-Franzens-University Innsbruck with a study stay in Salamanca (Spain). 1987 graduated as master of theology. Sociology at the University of Constance and the Freie Universität Berlin. 1994 Graduated as a sociologist. 2000 Doctorate to Dr. phil. at the Freie Universität Berlin. 2010 Habilitation at the University of Vienna and granting of the faculty (venia docendi) for the sociology as a whole. Since 2007 member of the College at the Institute for Social Research and since the summer semester 2012 professor for sociology with a focus on family and youth sociology at the Goethe University Frankfurt.
