Wolfgang Knöbl, Professor and Dr. phil. he is an Sociologist, director of the Hamburg Institute for Social Research and adjunct professor for political sociology and sociological research on violence at the Leuphana University Lüneburg. He did Projects and Cooperations in the Birth of the State from the Spirit of the Metropolis : A Study of State Formation in Argentina, Australia, and Canada from the Perspective of the History of Ideas and Sociological Planning. He is Visiting Professor at the Leuphana University of Lüneburg
