Biography
Clara Weinhardt is a Lecturer in International Relations at the Hertie School of Governance. She was previously a post-doctoral research fellow at the Bremen International Graduate School of Social Sciences and a post-doctoral researcher at the University of St. Gallen. She is also a research associate at the Global Public Policy Institute in Berlin. She received a PhD fellowship from the German Institute for International and Security Affairs (SWP) and holds a PhD in International Relations from the University of Oxford.
Research Interest
Her research focuses on global governance and international negotiations, with a focus on North-South relations in trade and development. She is currently researching the impact of China’s accession to the World Trade Organization, especially on developing countries.
