Biography
Dr. Farsin Yadegardjam is a partner and shareholder of Co-Investor AG (Zurich / Frankfurt), as well as chief executive of its wholly owned subsidiary, EVP Capital Management AG. He is responsible for the Group's investment portfolio, which invests in medium-sized companies with growth dynamics. Since the year 2000, he has been active in the investment business. As an investor, he was involved in a series of successful transactions, including the sale of the Cool Chain Group's assets to the METRO Group (2016), the sale of Signature Diagnostics to Roche (2015) and the Phenex asset deal with Gilead (2014). Nanogate was his first investment in 2001, which is why he has been closely linked to the company since then. In addition to Nanogate, he is currently a member of the supervisory bodies of the companies EUROIMMUN AG (Lübeck), Phenex Pharmaceuticals AG, Schaetti Holding AG (Switzerland), Tranquini GmbH (Austria) and K & K Group AG (Switzerland). Dr. Yadegardjam obtained his PhD in chemical technology at the Technical University of Darmstadt in 1995. He began his professional career at the Boston Consulting Group, where he worked from 1996 to 2000.
