Biography
Randall H. Frazier is an Independent Director of the Company in 1996. Mr. Frazier is currently President of River Acceptance, LLC. The primary business of River Acceptance, LLC is to provide leading edge recycling solutions for used and obsolete electronic devices. Mr. Frazier has been self-employed in various chemical and engineering businesses throughout the years and was previously a senior chemist with E. I. du Pont de Nemours and Company (“DuPont”). Mr. Frazier earned a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Virginia Military Institute.
