Biography
Dr. Sepideh Kamrani received Ph.D. from Sharif University of Technology, Iran for her studies on processing, micro-structure evolution and compression properties of Al-SiC nano-composite. She joined the Department of Materials Technology, Technical University of Berlin after completing her Ph.D. in 2008. Presently, in addition to teaching, she is a research associate at Department of Materials Technology, Technical University of Berlin. Her research interests are in the area of the structure and properties of metallic, composite and nano-structured materials. She is also interesting in fatigue behavior of engineering materials. Dr. Kamrani serves as a reviewer in several scientific journals in the field of metallurgy and materials engineering.
